Radio 1:
My radio station is doing decent. It's about two months old and I am averaging 190 hrs/day. However, my listener count is very inconsistent, ranging from single digits to the 40's, the variance seems to be at a random times as well. Are there ways to hold a more steady listener count, or even gradually increase my listener count, or is the large variance of listeners normal for a two month old rock radio station?

Since, we knew that 'listeners decide' what radio are they want to listen to,
so it's better to keep listeners know--as much and interesting as possible--
about our radio.

Have a great programming. :)
