You recently chose to close my account for a reason of "lack of listeners" over a nine month period. Listeners are listeners , despite your extremely, limited arrogant standards and I have unhappy fans and listeners, now without a radio station....Oh , yes I agreed to your silly board rules, but, I am now inb a quandary, in that, I want to create a new radio station, but you have "stolen" all of my 1700 hundred music files and and I no longer have access, frustrating the hell out of me having spent hundreds of hours building a quality piece of art.
To compound the idiocy of the siituation, I send an e-mail to your technical support staff asking if, " I create a new station would I be able to gain access to my music" and here if the quote from your staff....."provided you create a new account with the same e-mail address, file recovery is a matter of copy"....THAT IS WRONG....

I understand your European arrogance, so here is what I am asking , since your tech folksa don't understand the rules.....You are going to give me my radio station back, all aof my music files and you are going to give me another nine months to be relevant.....This is important as I still maintain my website of : http://www.dboldiesradio.com

I can guarantee taht 85% of your clients are hobbyists and they are "playing radio" for friendS AND FAMILY AND not in it to make mloney AND PLEASE our superior, almight alieng beings, get rid of that JAMENDO crap and toss it in the Rhine....You want more listeners, well JAMENDO is a pice of tune out crap that serves no purpose

Also, I will accept an apology from your tech support staff for not understand that I cannot use my same e-mail on two accounts

Kindest reagrds

GIVE ME BACK MY RADIO StTION !!!!

I had a similar situation this past week. Two stations failed to meet the 9 month criteria. But I keep track of listenership and knew it was coming. In the preceding days I copied their boxes to my third station, Instrumental Breezes, which has room for 3000 tracks. When the stragglers were deleted I just re-created them with slightly different names, copied the boxes from Instrumental Breezes over to the appropriate new stations, added about 70 tracks and was back in business in a couple days.

With any luck the new stations are good for another 9 months. :)

GIVE ME MY RADIO STATION BACK before he buys Brussells and turns it into a swamp

No, you didn't track your station's performance close enough, nor have a backup solution in case something like this happened. Seems to be something falls under the guise of Producer responsibilities.

Hmmmmm.....

Precisely - there isn't anything you can do, the rules are very absolute. It is best to check your listenership levels each week - they may not be fairly collated (i.e. stats lag behind and some stats may never be captured), but you still need to keep your eye on the "130" ball and if it falls below that, you have to create a new radio station, copy your assets there, but don't activate it! Not until or unless you need it...

You just have to start from scratch, new station, new name and upload all 1700 songs again unfortunately.
