well Sep30 D-Day approaches and I see the impending death of our 10+ year old radio station.. sigh

Might have to go back to either paying through the nose (can't really afford to..) or being a pirate (done that both on FM and the web, can be fun but.. if caught.. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$).

Say g'bye to PPN Radio everyone.
:x

:(

many vanished when we lost tune-in and nobex as well as few more with the recent geo-blocking
A lot of listeners did small stints, not hours upon hours a day. No big deal since we really didn't need to maintain a minimum hours standard, Also moving from self-streaming to Radionomy and all its cleats and rules caused a small change in what and how we played various tracks / albums ( i.e. no full albums, songs over 15 mins, 1000 track limits, no HQ streaming 128aac+, etc)

*thanks, 'preciate that :) \m/

1000 track limit? If you were here for 10 years you would have 3000 track limit by now. It means that you never achieved 130 listener hours a month. Is that the case?

Radio 1: Several Shoutcast-for-Business hosted stations - see our website for more details

He's probably referring to coming from Live365 - Radionomy has many refugees from this service starting from around 1 February 2016 and thereafter. Many of these users probably had no trouble gaining 12 hour status, but the challenging conditions may contribute to a fair share of the refugees shaking out here in the coming months...
