From the RMO Documentation page https://board.radionomy.com/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=52811 :
[...] from May 15, 2018, in order to promote emergent artists and reduce a little bit the broadcasting costs, Radionomy will inject in your planning one of these Jamendo tracks, selected in the music genre of your station, every 3 hours (either approximately 2% of your playlist), only if none of these tracks has been scheduled in the planning in the previous three hours.
I can't tell you how disappointing this development is. My radio is priding itself with only playing a specific genre of music - danceable tangos from the 1930's and 1940's - and since the tango genre apparently does not have any Jamendo tracks, now my planning is littered with all sorts of unexplained sh*t music every three hours. (And I have to incur this despite many of my played tangos being in the public domain anyway!) Incredible.
Request: if you must do this, before forcing the inserted Jamendo music on us at least implement an intro-extro box for it (similar to the advertisement intro-extro boxes) through which we can warn our audience that the sh*t Jamendo music that is going to follow now is compulsory...
