My radio is not working on iPhone or iPad (and I assume anything Apple) and has been this way for about 10 days now. It's very aggravating and cutting into my radios 30 day average of listening hours!

Radionomy needs to address this issue ASAP and not drag their feet any longer!

It works on Mac, but not on Iphone or Ipad. I tested them all this morning. :(

It's already TEN (10) days since this problem was reported and still not a single word from Radionomy about the potential solution except a message from Domi in a post dated December 18th in the following topic:

viewtopic.php?f=34&t=40462.

Considering that this topic has had so far almost 1050 views it seems logical to think that the problem is affecting to an important number of producers and that somebody from the Radionomy Team (Site Administrator, Moderator, etc) would be kind (professional?) enough as to, at least, inform all these concerned producers about what is going on and not to keep them any longer in the dark. Although I can understand that the main priority for Radionomy at the moment is to resolve the files validation problem I think it is completely unacceptable this lack of information of any kind about the iPhone/iPad streaming issue. On behalf of all the affected producers here is an appeal to the Radionomy Team:

PLEASE RADIONOMY LET US KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON THE iPHONE/iPAD ISSUE!!!

ELEVEN (11) DAYS SINCE THIS PROBLEM WAS REPORTED AND IT STILL PERSISTS.
AND....
NO NEWS FROM RADIONOMY SO FAR.

Just to make sure that the few producers that have posted messages in this topic are not the only ones affected by this issue I made a quick check of 100 radios that according to Radionomy (http://www.radionomy.com/en/style/pop-rock) are the most popular ones in the style "Pop-Rock". I played them one by one with both my iPad and my iPhone. As a result, 16 of them showed the problem mentioned in this topic, i.e. NO STREAMING. The error messages received were: "Unknown error" in iPad and "Too many redirects" in iPhone. These are the 16 affected radios:

100 Hit Radio
Top 2 Radio
Radio Nostalgia
Radio Globus
ABC Love
1000 Christmas
60s All The Time
AOLM Radio
City Radio Satu Mare
Connect Radio 64k AAC
Enjoystation
FOKUS MUSIK
FOKUS MEMORIES
PartyTuneNL
Radio NationsGlory
Radio HyRise

Therefore, if we extrapolate these statistics to the other styles we can conclude that about 15% of Radionomy's radios have no streaming in iPads/iPhones. Since weekend and New Year are coming one should not expect this issue to be resolved until beginning 2018. However, it would be nice to have a simple update from the Radionomy Team....

Hello all,

It seems the problem got solved in the USA. Our listeners couldn't reach our streams through Apple TV or the Radionomy iPhone App until today in the morning (11:00 am PST). The problem started about 15 days ago.

Not sure if this fix is working in other States or countries.

Many thanks for your post. I don't have any Apple TV or the Radionomy iPhone App so I cannot confirm this is solved in Spain. Normally I open the webpages provided by Radionomy in Safari and since 2 weeks ago there is a problem that prevents streaming and I receive the error messages mentioned in my last post. May I ask you a favour? Could you please try to open the webpages of my radio in you iPhone/iPad using Safari and tell me if there is streaming?

Many thanks! This is regretfull!
I tested the Radionomy's page of your radio in Safari - very good music selection by the way - and I confirm that IT WORKS!
Frankly, I can't understand why most of the radios don't have this problem and a few ones (15%) do...

I just checked (noon Saturday 12/30/17) and the Radionomy app is NOT available for download in the App Store on iPhone. My station is listed in the All Radio app and it gets the "Listen on radionomy.com" message there. So the ongoing issue in the US has not been fixed, despite some posts I've read to the contrary.

As a work around, I changed the links on my website, http://retromixonline.com, to point to my station's player on the Radionomy page and no longer have Radionomy's embedded player on my site, as it doesn't work anymore. Then on social media, I post a link to my website and not promote the Radionomy app at all, since it will not work for my US listeners that have iPhone & iPad.

The stream still works in iTunes & AppleTV from what I'm told & on the Radionomy channel on Roku.

Tried to play the addresses you shared using Apple’s iPhone Safari without any luck. I keep getting the message “listen to this program on Radionomy or using the Radionomy App...” in both cases...

I hope Radionomy’s tech team will be able to fix this issue for those of you still affected by it.
