Having same issue here. I dropped my station on Radionomy and moved it to another server which uses shoutcast software. Been trying to create an authhashtag to list my station within the shoutcast directory. I created a new shoutcast account and received the email to activate it. I go into create the authhashtag and I log into the new shoutcast acct I just created. I see at the top of the screen where it logs in, then it disappears and send me back to the login page. Once I try to login again with the same credentials, I receive an "invalid password or username" error message. Tried to use different browsers/private browser and delete the temp files, cookies, etc on my computer...still having the same problem. This has been going on for over a week now. What IS the problem??

Maybe you signed up on the old Shoutcast infrastructure instead of https://shoutcast.com/Pricing
Please email support@shoutcast.com

I don't need to go to the pricing section, as I deleted my station off of Radionomy and never moved it to Shoutcast. I am using another server elsewhere which offers shoutcast streams; my station is no longer streaming from the Radionomy/Shoutcast servers. I am just trying to get an authhashtag to list my station in shoutcast.com's directory, that is all. When I attempt to get the authhashtag and it asks for a shoutcast.com login, I created one. Again, when I try to log into the shoutcast.com acct I created, I can see where my acct logs in at the top-right of the screen but then it sends me back to the login screen a second or two later, prompting me to log in again. Once I attempt to log in again, it gives me the acct name and password don't match nonsense, even though I just logged into the acct briefly moments before.
