Hello. I have a stationcall of an artist for his new single "Hi, I'm ..., and here's my new single ... on radiostation."
What's the best way to put it manually in a planning? Is it better to upload it as a jingle or as a voice track?

Thank you for your help!

The safest way to do this is to convert to 1 file (mix) and then upload again.

Thank you for your fast answer! What program do you use to mix?

Hello,

You can mix the track with Audacity, it's a free software.
Or you can upload the "Hi, I'm ..., and here's my new single ... on radiostation" in a voice track box, then edit the track (pass your mouse over it and click on the gear wheel icon) and select your Voice track box and voice track file as Intro.

I second the idea of mixing it in to the music track itself. That way you can get it mixed in exactly as you want it, and you know it will always work right. I’ve done that with quite a few tracks, using Audacity.
