I would like to ask my other member to take a listen to my station. My Station is called Dark Wave New Wave Radio. The music that I play is a wide variety from New Wave music like The Thompson Twin to Dark Wave German groups. I hope you will like my little unique station and I hope you will share with your friend also. http://listen.radionomy.com/darkwavenewaveradio thanks everyone.

The FektheDJ Web Radio Experiment
radionomy.com/en/radio/thefekthedjwebradioexperiment

A freeform exploration of a humble DJ's private music collection, in an effort to prove the hypothesis that even small scale webcasts can help introduce music to listeners, thus driving unit sales and ticket sales.

Some people tilt at windmills, some create interesting radio stations

Here's my 2 cents. Still averaging 2-3 listeners and have added my stream to about 30 sites off a huge list I found. No results basically.

One Eye Radio
The Best of Rock, Alternative, Progressive and Metal

One Eye Radio is dedicated to soft rock and modern rock all the way up to progressive metal and heavy metal, laid out in scheduled shows that run permanently 24 hours a day. There are plenty of oldies, but goodies, as well as, lots of the new to experience on One Eye Radio. We go all the way back to 1970 where they made "homemade" music the real way. Rock ON!

Yeah, I can tell you from experience that one of the suggestions for boosting listeners doesn't work very well (or at all) for certain genres.

I probably also used the huge list that you refer to. About half the sites didn't work or were disabled and not accepting submissions. The other half set up fine and then produced zero results.

Some people do great with the suggestions and end up with thousands of listening hours within minutes of launching their broadcast. Good for them. But others will beat themselves into a wall and still end up with nothing, no matter how much you work and no matter how much you do. It's just a reality, I'm sorry to say. I have six different dead stations to prove it.

My focus now is on keeping my favorite (low-rated) stations going. I suggest you all join me.

I used to have a station on Live 365 many years ago and now I have decided to relaunch it here. The name of the station is Brasil Internet Radio and back in those days I even won two consecutive Best Of Live 365 Awards, 2004 and 2005, for Best International Station. Please give it a listen, I created a selection with the best and most influential songs from all the unique Brazilian music styles. Hope you'll enjoy.

I was also with Live365 until the end. Started Motown 365 here on Radionomy (Feb 2016) and now only just got above the 130 listening hours. I have to the end of the month to keep the hours up or I could be starting again.
