Dear all,

I have just launched my new Radionomy station called Radio Nursery.
I target kids and moms with family friendly movie soundtracks.
You can listen to the station on - http://www.radionursery.com
Kindly give me feedback on the site - The site is designed to be for kids and moms.

The site is easy to use, I'd suggest if you're using a MVC approach make sure when you're loading w/ ajax you don't reload the player. Looks like you have a header area that isn't changing I'd suggest dropping the players you have somewhere up there. That's the approach I took to mine, except I forced the player to the bottom w/ css.

I personally like your site structure better hahaha. Glad you noticed the forum, that's new...looking for people who don't mind sharing their thoughts :D

Ajax? MVC? Haha. I guess I need to read up all the internet terms coz I have no idea. Im a newbie to the internet website world. I took the easy route and use a readymade template from Wix! :)

Oh, well then, the short version:
Your site hints it is using Model View Control structure, some part of your hosts backend or frontend is templating your site and swapping out parts with filled in data. I have the same stuff on my website, except mine is mostly on the server's side, the one page I have using front-end MVC is http://theunknownartisthour.com/make-a-request/ though I'm not using it to make a full-fledged site on its own.

I'm not 100% certain that's what your site is doing but you have hash-bangs in some of your urls, which is a common MVC thing to do, like http://www.radionursery.com/#!about/c1x1t the # is usually a thing meant to scroll to a certain part of a webpage, some MVC scripts will take control over that behavior and load in a page instead.

The key point is that if you want something to stay loaded on your site, move it out of the area that's being swapped out, and it'll stay there across all your pages.

Yeah - I get what you are saying. In short, If I move my HTML Radionomy player to my header, it will just stay there even if the user surfs other pages on my site. That makes sense. I will try and get that done today.

I think its awesome! The moving video is fantastic. Its simple. Easy to navigate. I am assuming that the station is programmed for someone to tune in from work and programmed according to the mood of the day!

Nice. I like it. Wouldn't change a thing!

Skylyne Radio is celebrating 11 years of internet broadcasting today!! To celebrate, we redesigned our website to a more (hopefully) easy to use format. Thanks to Radionomy for the opportunity to continue this hobby 8-)

I am currently rebuilding my website from scratch to work better, be simpler, and still bold.

I started with a Bootstrap template called Creative, added my player/text, changed the Font, added a song request form, and lastly added simple animations.

I know it's not the best but I am working on it so if you have feedback, I would love to hear it.
