Hi all

I am kind of at a loss here. What bothers me is that as a Radionomy station one has huge disadvantages:

- Not able to list/promote the station in the most important directories (TuneIN and other important ones)
- Not even able to play the station on IPhones
- And in listings that DO accept Radionomy stations, people can't listen because they only get a message that tells them to listen on Radionomy.com

My level of frustration has been growing for a while now.

IF you have positive advice and tips for me, you are more than welcome to share. I need some positivity. It is just no fun anymore. I invested quite some time, I had professional jingles and station ID's produced. But if I can't find a way to reach an audience it is just efforts blown out in the blue.

Thank you all for your feedback and help.

try a paid service... ;-)

I think we all share your frustrations. I'm lucky to still be on iTunes (if not advertised anymore; my stream can be still heard if you use 'Open stream' from iTunes). I promote my station on my own website, thru social media, forums, etc.

You can listen on an iPhone via the Nobex app.

Not a great solution but my iPhone listeners have reported success tuning in the player on my website via browser on their phones.

that works, especially if your website is responsive and you're able to tailor the mobile or tablet experience.

Hi Billy,

Just want to share some experiences on your issues, here:

1. I have no idea about TuneIn since my radio can't not play on its app or web.
2. Both of FK FM and 88OR just play well on iTunes and iPhone 5 (iOS 10), see picture. I can use Radionomy app, Radiodeck app or Orange Radio. All three and more Apps work well on my iPhone or Android.

Hope that you can find any best solution.

Have a nice broadcast :)
