It looks like my station will be take off at the end of the month; it has a large following on Twitter, the web site is frequently visited however, it will take a thousand radios on 24/7 to achieve the 130 hr mark. I must say there should be something in between the 3 and 9 month period. In my case I was expected to improve my listening hours over TEN TIMES within 6 months. The advertising is great, the music is reviewed every week to bring new music to the listeners.

I ask, how can I improve this by the end of the month, if not can I start again from the beginning and work harder ?

I think Radionomy is perfect for on-line stations, whether It is a hobby or building the foundations of a successful multi-platform station, but I do think it is a little unfair for such a huge increase of hours within a period of six months.

I'd be happy to pay for a service which will have a little more flexibility.

I presume maths is not your strong point.

Not literally a thousand, that was just exaggeration! However it is still a tall order don't you think?

Lots of people are successful - of course they are not the ones coming on the forums to ask how to boost their listenership. So it can appear like everyone fails from reading the posts. My tip is always "Ask yourself why people should listen to your station rather than anything else" - if you don't have answers that convince yourself then you are unlikely to succeed.
