Hey guys, I was wondering if i was allowed to upload tracks from sound cloud on to Radionomy with out violating the producer agreement! I will be verifying all tracks and will do any other necessary steps required. Thanks guys!

I think broadly the answer is 'no' unless you can get permission from the owner, and you are certain that the material does not relate to anybody else's copyright.

There is a ton of stuff on Soundcloud that has been put there illegally (some knowingly and other stuff, like mixes, unintentionally), so you would have to be very careful. If it is something that you would have to pay for elsewhere, even in a different mix, chances are it is there illegally.

Some artists (especially smaller ones) use the medium as a way of distributing material they do not want to make available for sale, but in these cases you would still have to get written permission from them (and maybe their label) to play it on your station.

@deltablues2, you have two banners in your signature that link to the same place. Not sure if that's intentional, probably not.
