Seems like there aren't enough listeners to support a mix of jazz, exotica, and easy listening. It's been fun, but I give up. When my current stations fail to get the required number of listener hours, that will be the end.

So many stations. Not enough hours in the day.

Quiet Nights - Calm and relaxing easy-listening and jazz music (with an occasional uptempo number) from the post-WWII decades. Mostly instrumental.

Great idea for a station. I haven't run across anything like it (not that I've actually looked, but still I think your format is unique or close to unique). Personally, I think the 1950s and 60s are an exceptionally innovative and creative time for pop music and your format is an aspect of that. Art...

I think there are enough options available at the moment. Why not set up twenty or thirty templates with different clocks and then pick them for each day in a non-sequential order.

Because the way you suggest, I'd have to make a different day template for each variation.

I'd like to suggest an option to allow the Planner to select a clock at random from specified possibilities during a certain time in a Day Template. For example, the Day Template might play "Clock A" for an hour and then randomly choose between "Clock B" or "Clock C" fo...

Those of you that have stations that are well established (9 months or more): Can you tell me how many music tracks (songs, not vocal tracks and promos, etc.) you have uploaded to your station? Do you use all of the maximum allotment, which is 3,000? Do you find that number to be sufficient? Or do y...

Thanks for the tip. I took your advice and created a Wix website. This is what it looks like thus far, with about 45 minutes of effort. http://hifiradiojazzandea.wixsite.com/hi-fi One thing that might help others: Wix creates the first part of your URL from the e-mail address you use in the Wix regi...

Good work. Best of luck. I'll be sure to listen. I'm mostly looking for music that doesn't have vocals (that's just my weird preference).

I find lots of CDs at thrift stores like Goodwill and similar. You never know what you're going to find. Given what I'm interested in ( see my station, http://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/hi-firadio/index ) only about 1% of the CDs in a thrift store of are right for my station, but it's still worth lo...
