I believe Radionomy owns Shoutcast. The difference is that Shoutcast doesn't pay royalties. To avoid a legal issue, you'll need to be licensed by a service such as Streamlicensing.com or go to ASCAP, BMA, SESAC and SoundExchange directly. I recommend StreamLicensing. The'll cover the massive amount ...

I noticed the crash to zero as well, but as listeners come back, there's a few in Canada. Hmmm.

I currently have a listener in Japan. It shows on the Radionomy map.
Most of my listeners are in the US and Canada, though Canada is clearly blocked at this time.

United States
France
Spain
Italy
Ireland
Argentina
UK
Iceland
Netherlands
Germany
Sweden
Latvia
Dominican Republic

Some of those only have one listener while the US is at 180.
Canada was always good for 60-70, but there are currently NONE.

Yeah, I know what originally happened, but they're not kidding about needing to limit audience. The new CRB rates to SoundExchange are exorbitant. Those of us that also have stations on StreamLicensing are finding the need to limit audience as well. It's counter-intuitive, but more listeners than yo...

It appears Radionomy itself took statons off the TuneIn app to limit listenership in order to comply with CRB royalty rates in the US, which have gone up by a multiple of six this year.
They're also suspending payments to producers for US listening.

Dude, DMCA rules DO NOT APPLY, because the streams originate outside of the USA. Get a damn clue!! DMCA rules DO apply if the server streams to the US. It appears that Radionomy is now working to respect those rules with the 45 minute artist separation rule on it's RMO. It's actually stricter than ...
