I'm currently using TorontoCast.com also, and I'm quite pleased with the service. Having used the old Live365 (pre-2016), then of course Radionomy, I can easily say I like TorontoCast the best. Like anything else there's a learning curve, but once I got going, I found it quite user friendly. Plus, t...

Very sorry and shocked to hear this. Domi was always very helpful and courteous to the participants on this board.

My condolences to his family and friends.

No you do not get notified. Please note that the increase will happen AFTER the 3 month date from your stream's first planning (i.e. activation). So you may need a day or two after your 3 month date to actually get the limit increased from my experience.

Thanks for the info! :)

As of today I'm at the three-month anniversary of my station and I've surpassed the minimum daily hour average required to keep broadcasting. (Actually, as of a couple of days ago, I've surpassed the nine-month minimum daily hour average quota). According to the Producer's Pact (if I recall correctl...

This past week's outage (and others to come I am sure :D ) is a very good lesson in keeping in touch with your listeners and letting them know when problems arise. Just plopping a stream of your favorite music on Radionomy and then hoping for the best is a sure fire way to fail. Yeah, you may lose ...

Even though I've managed to surpass the required minimum daily hour average after just two months here (well, the first level at least), I won't say no to more listeners!

Having been a terrestrial radio DJ myself, I prefer to do my own station IDs with my own voice (and I even use my own name in the IDs to give it a more personal touch). There are many sites that offer royalty-free music beds, and some of the samples are free of cost too. All that most of these sites...

Thanks DJ D! I've just recently added your station to my favorites too. In terms of listenership, I appear to be my station's most loyal listener for the time being...lol. My Live365 listeners don't appear to be coming over in droves as of yet. Not that I exactly had droves of listeners over there t...

Thank you both for your assistance! I did actually find my station in the directory by typing "classichitsonline" as one word. I don't think I'll bother trying to change it to separate words as I've already (successfully) submitted my station to various streaming sites (eg., TuneIn.com; Ra...
