I'll be honest I read the title and since I had such trouble getting it to work a few days ago I just hopped in.
Good news, I'm actually familiar with Zara Radio and butt...not so familiar with Edcast. I'll be glad to try to get those to work myself and see what happens.

Are you using Sam Broadcaster? I had problems until I switched to a shoutcast v1 encoder.

A little new here, is this a common problem? I have I believe the inverse of your situation, there appears to be a constant stream of listeners now when there wasn't before...and it doesn't seem to be affected whether I tune in for a bit or not.

Not sure if I setup my station in your directory properly, seems to be playing a random stream, may have mistyped stream url. Fairly easy to find in the directory though so that's a plus to that random broadcaster.

Ah well I figured there was a legal block somewhere, what's the technical limitation? If it's a shoutcast/icecast instance there's a configuration to setup a relay.
